Randy Hansch

(Feb. 8, 1966 —)

Born in Edmonton, he began scouting as a regional scout for the WHL’s Kamloops Blazers (1992-94), then was their director of scouting/player personnel from (1994-2007). While with Kamloops he was part of two WHL and Memorial Cup Championships (1994, 95) and was also a part-time scout for the Tampa Bay Lightning (4 seasons) and Calgary Flames (5 seasons). Moved on to the Edmonton Oil Kings (2007-18), six as DoPP/AGM and five as GM, where he was part of two WHL Championships (2012, 14) and a Memorial Cup Championship (2014). Joined the Buffalo Sabres amateur scouting staff for two seasons (2018-20), then spent parts of three years with the Arizona Coyotes. When the Coyotes moved to Utah in 2024, he made the move as a Utah Mammoth amateur scout.
