What if someone had two tickets to an NHL game, an Eagles concert and an NFL game — each of them in Las Vegas and on the same weekend?  And what if you were given an opportunity to buy them?  Well, if you are in attendance at the Western Canada Professional Hockey Scouts Foundation’s inaugural Wall of Honour induction dinner in Okotoks, Alta., on Tuesday, July 30, that is one of the packages that will be available via live auction. Seriously . . . is that a dream package (Las Vegas Package), or what?  It includes two tickets to watch the St. Louis Blues and Vegas Golden Knights in an NHL game on Friday, Oct. 11, the Eagles in concert at the Sphere on Saturday, Oct. 12, and an NFL game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, Oct. 13. This package also includes two $800 WestJet gift vouchers to cover the airfare and one room for three nights (Oct. 11, 12 and 13) at the Ruby Richards Villa at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

If that doesn’t appeal to you, there’s more. . . Our Original Six package includes two tickets to both games of an NHL doubleheader in Toronto on Friday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 9. The Detroit Red Wings will challenge the Maple Leafs on Nov. 8, with the Montreal Canadiens there the following night. This package includes two return tickets, via Air Canada, from Calgary or Edmonton to Toronto on Nov. 7 and back on Nov. 10, two tickets to the Hockey Hall of Fame, a pregame meal at the Scotia Bank Centre with a member of the Maple Leafs’ management group, and a room for three nights at the Toronto Delta Hotel.  But wait . . . there’s more! Then there’s the Connor Bedard package that is highlighted by two club-seat tickets to watch the Chicago Blackhawks play the Flames in Calgary on the afternoon of Saturday, Dec. 21. It also includes an autographed Bedard sweater from the 2023-24 season, the one in which Bedard won the Calder Trophy as the NHL’s rookie of the year. A pregame lunch for two at the Saddledome’s Telus Club also is part of this package.

And then there’s the Cale Makar package. It features two tickets to watch Makar and his Colorado Avalanche teammates in Calgary on Feb. 6. Also part of the package are an autographed Makar sweater, a Makar 2022 Stanley Cup photo, and dinner for two at the Saddledome’s Telus Club prior to the game.
